This policy explains how Softserve Digital Solutions ("Softserve", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit softserve.co.ls or contact us. It is written to align with the Lesotho Data Protection Act and good international practice.

- Enquiry details you submit through our contact form — your name, email address, company and the message you send us.
- Technical data created automatically when you browse — IP address, browser type and pages viewed — held in standard server logs for security and diagnostics.
We do not use advertising trackers, and the site sets no marketing cookies.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you ask for.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Our lawful basis is your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful website.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, under appropriate safeguards:
- Softserve Communications — our own messaging platform, which delivers your enquiry to our team.
- Microsoft Azure — secure cloud hosting for the website.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. International transfers
Our hosting may process data in data centres outside Lesotho (for example, in the European Union). Where it does, we rely on providers that offer recognised data-protection safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to our use of it. Email hello@softserve.co.ls and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and the security practices we build into our own platforms. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
9. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
