These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the softserve.co.ls website (the "Site"), operated by Softserve Digital Solutions ("Softserve", "we", "us") of Maseru, Kingdom of Lesotho. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

You may browse the Site and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content through our forms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
